Exhibitor shall be responsible at its expense for obtaining commercial general liability insurance with minimum limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 aggregate.

Certificate of insurance shall be provided not less than 10 days prior to show opening naming the following as an additional insured:
1) Wheels Up Special Events – 1500 West 11th street, Panama City, FL 32401
2) City of Panama City Beach – 17007 Panama City Beach Pkwy, Panama City Beach, FL 32413
